HSM3 a un nom !

Ca y est, c'est sûr, ultra-sûr et même archi-sûr, tous les acteurs principaux de High School Musical 1 et 2 seront bien au générique du troisième volet, qui sortira pour sa part dans les salles de cinéma ! Vous pourrez donc retrouver Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu et Monique Coleman dans de nouvelles aventures.

Côté scénario, Walt Disney Pictures a déclaré que dans ce troisième film, Troy (Zac Efron) et Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens), désormais en terminale, risquent d'être séparés à la fin de l'année, puisqu'ils doivent choisir leur université. Rejoints par le reste des Wildcats, ils mettent sur pied une comédie musicale élaborée qui reflète leurs expériences, leurs espoirs et leurs peurs à propos de l'avenir. La mise en production de High School Musical 3: Senior Year commence au printemps 2008, avec une date de sortie fixée pour l'instant au 24 octobre 2008.

Ashley sur grand écran
Selon une information de matinternet, la jeune actrice Ashley Tisdale, vedette des téléfilms High School Musical et High School Musical 2, fera ses débuts au grand écran dans la comédie de science-fiction «They Came From Upstairs» , une réalisation de John Schultz («The Honeymooners», «Like Mike») pour 20th Century Fox, rapporte le Hollywood Reporter.

La distribution est aussi composée de Robert Hoffman («Step Up 2 the Streets»), Carter Jenkins («Viva Laughlin»), Austin Butler («Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide»), Ashley Boettcher, Henri Young et Regan Young.

Coécrit par Mark Burton et Adam F. Goldberg, le film suivra un groupe d'adolescents qui font équipe pour défendre leur chalet dans le Maine qui a été envahi par des extra-terrestres.

Le tournage doit débuter à Auckland, en Nouvelle-Zélande, à la fin du mois de janvier.

Tisdale complètera ce projet avant de tourner le troisième volet de la franchise High School Musical qui est développé pour le grand écran.
